Cookie policy
Which cookies this site uses and how to manage them.
Last updated: June 1, 2026
This policy describes which cookies citadexrack.es uses, for what purpose, and how to manage them. It is governed by Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE and the guidelines of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser when you visit it. It lets the site remember information between pages or sessions (language, login, cart, etc.).
2. Cookies used on this site
Citadex currently uses only strictly necessary cookies. We don't run analytics or advertising cookies by default.
Technical cookies (necessary)
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Expiry |
|---|---|---|---|
sb-*-auth-token | Supabase (this site) | Keep the user signed in after login. | 1 year |
NEXT_LOCALE | Citadex | Remember the selected language (ES/EN). | 1 year |
citadex.consent.v1 | Citadex (localStorage) | Stores your cookie preferences so the banner doesn't show again. It is stored in localStorage, technically not a cookie, but disclosed for transparency. | Persistent |
__stripe_* | Stripe (third-party) | Fraud-prevention cookies set only when you access the checkout flow. | 30 days / session |
3. Analytics and marketing cookies
Citadex does not install analytics or advertising cookies at this time. If we add them in the future, we will inform you clearly and request your prior consent via the cookie banner, which will let you enable or reject each category.
4. Managing your preferences
You can change your preferences at any time:
- From the cookie banner: shown the first time you visit the site, or when you clear your browser data.
- From your browser: every browser lets you view, block and delete cookies. Instructions:
Blocking necessary cookies will break login, cart and checkout.
5. International transfers
Stripe cookies may involve data transfers to the United States. Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. acts as an independent controller and applies the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission where applicable.
6. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect technical or regulatory changes. The current version is always the one published on this page with the "last updated" date shown above.
This is the currently published version. If you spot an error or have a question about how we handle your data, please email legal@citadex.es.
