Terms and conditions
Conditions of use of the website and purchase for registered users.
Last updated: June 1, 2026
These terms govern the use of citadexrack.es and, where applicable, the purchase of products through it. The website owner and seller of the products is Citadex Ibérica S.L., with registered address at Avenida valdearganda, 23, 28500 Arganda del rey, Madrid, ES, and tax ID B87648531.
1. Acceptance
Using the Site implies full acceptance of these terms. Users who register or place an order declare that they are of legal age and, when acting on behalf of a company, have sufficient authority to bind it.
2. Products and prices
Citadex shows a catalog of products for data centre, telecom and industrial installations. Images are indicative; minor variations from the final product may occur due to manufacturing or custom configuration.
Prices are shown in euros (€). When set as "price on request", the applicable price is the one in the quote Citadex sends after reviewing the request. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude VAT and shipping, which are detailed before confirming the order or in the quote.
3. Quote request
Most Citadex products are configured per project. The usual flow:
- The user fills in the quote or contact form.
- Citadex reviews the request and sends a proposal with lead time and price.
- The customer confirms acceptance in writing.
- Citadex issues a pro-forma invoice and, once payment or a firm PO is received, schedules manufacturing or shipment.
Quotes have an explicit validity stated on the document; after that period, prices and lead times may be revised.
4. Purchase process (when e-commerce is enabled)
When the online purchase module is active, customers can add products to the cart, enter shipping and billing addresses, choose a payment method and confirm the order. A confirmation email with the details is sent. The contract is formed when Citadex confirms acceptance of the order.
5. Payment
Payments are processed via Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., acting as a payment gateway and independent controller for payment-method data. Citadex does not store full card data. Payment methods enabled at any given time by the gateway are accepted.
6. Shipping and lead times
Unless stated otherwise in the quote, custom-configured products have a lead time of 2 to 4 weeks by family, and standard accessories and 19" panels in stock ship in shorter periods. The specific lead time is communicated before confirming the order. Shipments are made via professional logistics operators within mainland Spain; international shipments are agreed under specific terms.
7. Returns and withdrawal
Custom-made products: cabinets, containments and specific configurations are excluded from the withdrawal right because they are manufactured or configured to the customer's specifications, under Article 103(c) of the Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU).
Standard in-stock products purchased by consumers: a 14-day withdrawal right applies from receipt of the product, by emailing pedidos@citadex.es. The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging. Direct return costs are borne by the consumer.
Purchases by businesses or professionals (B2B) are not subject to the withdrawal right; returns, if agreed, are governed by the particular terms negotiated.
8. Warranty
Citadex products carry the applicable legal warranty. For consumers, per TRLGDCU, 3 years from delivery. For businesses, 1 year unless otherwise agreed. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, incorrect installation not performed by Citadex, unauthorised modifications or normal wear.
9. Liability
Citadex shall be liable for contractual breaches within the limits of applicable law. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data arising from the use of the products, except where mandatorily required by law.
10. Dispute resolution and ODR platform
Under Regulation (EU) 524/2013, consumers have the right to use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For consumers, the courts of the consumer's domicile apply; for business-to-business relationships, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid, waiving any other jurisdiction.
